Doug Austin, Marlin Network SVP Growth & Innovation

Doug has been in the agency business for nearly 30 years, working for both B2C and B2B clients. With a foundation of experience in traditional communications and promotion, he specializes in long-term strategic business planning and product/strategy innovation in the food industry.

Phil Daniels, Marlin Network Group President

Phil brings to Marlin Network Consulting Group his 35 years’ experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing, product development, culinary arts and food equipment design. He specializes in business strategy development, culinary & menu strategy, innovation/R&D process development, key account selling strategies and culinary business consulting.

Mindy Armstrong, Insights & Account Manager

Mindy began her marketing career in radio, first in London, then in Springfield, MO, eventually translating her talents to an account service role within the Marlin Company. Today, as Insights Manager for both FoodIQ and Marlin Network Consulting Group, Mindy brings her experience in account management, national account work and passion for innovating the next big idea. She was recently instrumental in the development of an innovation process adopted by a major foodservice company.
